Good to know
This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo is on the top floor (3rd) which means no loud upstairs neighbors! The private bedroom features a queen size bed with a TV and direct access to the bathroom. A separate door provides bathroom access from the hallway. Additional sleeping space is provided by the queen-sized pullout couch with new mattress as of April 2023. The unit features a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot and Keurig, toaster, and plenty of dishes and silverware. The peninsula bar-top counter has several stools and opens to the living room, with the balcony beyond. Cable tv included and each TV is "smart" to enjoy your favorite streaming apps while away.

Please note that the unit is not beachfront and the balcony does not face the beach. Although the balcony provides views of the beach (as seen in the photos), it faces the Gulf State Park Romar Beach Access, which provides fabulous sunset views.

Guest Access
Upon arrival, a parking pass will need to be purchased at the security booth for $50 (cards only, no cash or check). There is only 1 vehicle space provided for the unit. No other guest vehicles will be allowed. The parking lot is just out the back door of the unit and down the stairs/elevator. The lot is surveilled 24hrs/day with a security guard posted at the entrance 8am-8pm. The unit is located on the west side of the complex adjacent to the tennis courts. The building has an elevator for easy loading/unloading as well as stairs on either end of the building.
